DESCRIPCION
Las bobinas de bloqueo, también denominadas circuitos tapón o trampas
de onda, son esencialmente filtros eléctricos de autoinducción-capacidad
en conexión paralelo.
Se montan en serie con los conductores, en determinados puntos del siste-
ma eléctrico, con el objeto de confinar la alta frecuencia, portadora de la infor-
mación, dentro de unas secciones de línea prefijadas. Dentro de la banda 50-
490 kHz, las administraciones pueden restringir parcialmente la utilización de
algunas bandas de frecuencia para evitar inter ferencias con otros servicios.
Por otra parte, la creciente elevación de las corrientes de cor tocircuito en las
líneas de AT hace que las bobinas de bloqueo deban poder soportar grandes
esfuerzos mecánicos sin que se vean afectadas eléctrica ni mecánicamente.
DESCRIPTION
Line traps, also called buffer circuits or wave traps, are essentially electric
self-induction-capacity filters connected in parallel.
They are mounted in series with the conductors at selected points of the
electrical system, in order to confine the high frequency, carrier of informa
tion, within preset line sections. Within the 50-490 kHz band the authorities
can partially restrict the use of some frequency bands in order to avoid inter
ferences with other services.
Short-circuit currents in high-voltage lines are steadily increasing, therefore
line traps must be able to withstand large mechanical stresses without being
affected either electrically or mechanically.

FABRICACION
La parte principal de la bobina de bloqueo la constituye una auto-inducción
formada por un cable de aluminio que es recorrido por la corriente de la red,
y se calcula en función de los parámetros de esta. El cable de aluminio va
arrollado helecoildalmente y apoyado sobre unos separadores de fibra de
vidrio y epoxy, a fin de mantener fijas las distancias relativas. Va recubierto
de un filamento contínuo de fibra de vidrio impregnado en resina epoxy y
ambos extremos del mismo terminan en crucetas colectoras de perfil de
aluminio.
Las bobinas de bloqueo están dimensionadas para la clase de temperatu-
ra “F”, según la norma CEI-353.
SINTONIZADOR
El cálculo del sintonizador, así como su ajuste, se realiza mediante un pro-
grama de ordenador debido a los diversos parámetros a tener en cuenta,
como son las tolerancias de condensadores y de la inductancia de la bobi-
na, el tipo de pararrayos que se coloca y la variación en los valores de la
autoinducción con la frecuencia.
El pararrayos autoválvula, montado en el interior de la bobina principal, sirve
de protección a la unidad de sintonización. Se calcula para que solamente
se cebe con sobretensiones de tipo impulso y permanezca insensible a la
tensión de la red durante un cortocircuito. La intensidad de descarga del
pararrayos es de 5 kA aunque, si se especifica, puede ser de mayor valor.
CONEXIONES
Los terminales pueden ser cilíndricos o en forma de pletina. Están dimen-
sionados en función de la intensidad nominal de la bobina.
CALIDAD

Ensayos finales de rutina a todos los aparatos bajo normas internacionales
y/o especificaciones.
MONTAJE
Se pueden realizar en:
• Ejecución suspendida: Puede ser mediante cáncamo o pletinas de alumi-
nio dependiendo del tamaño de la bobina.
• Ejecución apoyada: Sobre soporte desmontable que se suministrará bajo
pedido.
No precisan ninguna herramienta especial para su montaje.
Están libres de mantenimiento regular y no requieren repuestos.
MANUFACTURE
The main part of the line trap consists of a self-induction, which comprises
an aluminium cable, that carries the network cur rent. The calculation of the
induction depends on the parameters of the network. The aluminium cable
is helicoidally wound and placed on epoxy and glass-fibre separators, in
order to fix the relative distances. It is coated with a continuous glass-fibre
filament, impregnated with epoxy resin. Both ends terminate in aluminium
section collector crossheads.
ARTECHE line traps are sized for “F”-class temperatures, according to
IEC-343 standards.
TUNER
All the calculations and the adjustement of the tuner are performed by a
computer program, due to the different parameters that have to be consi-
dered. These parameters include: the tolerances of the capacitors, the
inductance of the coil, the type of lighting arrester and the varation of the
self-induction values with the frecuency.
The autovalve lightning arrester, mounted inside the main coil, protects the
tuning unit. It is designed to arc only with impulse overvoltages, and to be
unresponsive to the network voltage during a short circuit. The discharge
current of the ar rester is 5 kA, although it can be higther on request.
CONNECTIONS
The terminals can be cylindrical or flat shaped. They size depends on the
current of the coil.
QUALITY
Quality control of all materials and components are performed in our physi-
cal-chemical laborator y.
All transformers are subjected to routine tests in accordance to internatio-
nal standards or customer´s specifications.
MOUNTING
There are two possible modes of manufacturing:
• Suspended execution, with eyebolt or aluminium strips, depending on the
coil size.
• Suppor ted execution, on a dismountable base that will be supplied on
request.
Regular maintinance, spare parts or special tools for erection are not required.
