House of Hope Foundation

Roles: In the House of Hope Foundation we gathered data for our


Case study by performing a Mental Status Exam on a client
provided by the nurses in the institution. After gathering the data
through the Mental Status Exam the researchers would then
present their case study through a narrative to be submitted the
professor of the subject Personality Psychology. Also, the
researchers were given the chance to assess the client with the
DSM V as the reference.

Goals: The goal of the activity was to gather data for the case
study requirement. Also, through the program, us neophytes in
Psychology we would be able to practice facilitating the Mental
Status Exam. Through the first Service Learning Program we
would also be able to find out the future roles of clinical
psychologists and better understand the function of clinical
psychology in the society.

Journey Homes Rehabilitation Center

Roles: In Journey homes we as the researchers were tasked to


conduct a Mental Status Exam

Goals: The goal of the activity was to gather data for the case
study requirement. After gathering the data through the Mental
Status Exam the researchers would then present their case study
through a narrative to be submitted the professor of the subject
Personality Psychology. Also, the researchers was also given the
chance to assess the client with the DSM V as the reference.
