systems proposal, which is a part of a dynamic and responsive curriculum of the degree
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. The course cultivates and hones the ability of the

In your years of operation, it appeared that your company may have problems in attendance
monitoring and in sorting out the information of your employees and clients which causes delay
and mostly loss to your company in its day to day operations.

In terms of employees, the problem lies in monitoring their time-ins and time-outs which may
cause your company a bit of a loss during computation of the employee’s salary which is based
on the hours they have worked every day. In the Information part of the problem, the
information of your clients and their contracts which is mostly written on paper, documents and
such can be lost and maybe falsified in some cases, and same goes for the contract and
information of your employees.

Thus, I would like to offer you a system in which these problems can be easily fixed. The system
will feature a database that will store all the needed information of your employees and clients
that you will provide and input in the system. The system will also feature an attendance
monitoring system that will use a biometric scanner to avoid any falsification of the time-ins and
time-outs of your employees which will fix the problem of the old and manual attendance
monitoring that can be altered by others and will also fix the computation of salary of the
employee’s hourly rate. The system will also have a log-in function to avoid any unauthorized use
or to avoid any misuse of the system.

The system will have a simple User Interface or a simple design which will be easily understood by
the users, and the functions of the system will be made to fit the needs of your company and the
instructions regarding on how to use these functions will be implemented to you and your
employees that are in authorized to use this system by the programmer himself. And if you have
