Moral Value: Be patient
Personal opinion :
I love this book because the pictures are beautiful. The sentences are simple. The number of
pages suits me, the primary schoolchildren. The fonts are big and catchy. This book is written
by my favourite author. This book contains lots of moral values. I learned that perseverance
is the key towards success. It is okay that you have to wait to decide on doing something.
When you lose or fail, you have to admit it and move on. I would suggest my friends to buy
it.

A Family Outing

It was Sunday morning and the weather was perfect for an outing. Encik Kamal took his
family to Mesra Mall which is just a distance away their house.

As they reached there, Encik Kamal went to the counter and purchased four tickets. They
then bought some popcorns and fizzy drinks.

After catching their favourite movie, they went shopping. There was a grand sale in Mesra
Mall so they chose things they wanted and Encik Kamal paid for them.

Later, they made a quick stop at the food court. After having some snacks, they went back
home. They enjoyed their outing.

It was Sunday. Ali and his family got up early, get dressed, had a light breakfast, and then began their
three- hour journey to Kuala Lumpur. They wanted to support their favourite athletes at the KL SEA
Games.
They reached Bukit Jalil Stadium at 3.00p.m. The stadium was packed with sea of spectators. A
little later, the athletics competition began. They were chuffed by seeing Khairul Hafiz blasted the
track and won the 100m race.
After that, they went to nearby National Swimming Pool. They caught a glimpse of Olympic
gold medalist, Joseph Schooling and multiple winners, Nguyen Thi Anh Vien.
It was the best holiday excursion they have ever had.
I discuss these phrases with kids now asking which phrases suit the pictures.

They had a great excursion at the beach.

I am chuffed with my examination results.
He was tickled pink when he won the contest.
I’m truly grateful to have a friend like you!
It was the best and blast experience he have ever had.
He indulged himself watching good movie at the local theater.
He had the time of his life.
I view Ali as an arrogant boy as he never give his friends the time of day.

SNATCH THIEF

Ali is my best friend. We attend the same school but hail from different village.

One afternoon, Ali went to the grocery shop to buy some salt. While he was walking, he saw
a motorbike speeding towards an old woman.

Out of the blue, the man snatched her handbag. The woman fell down.
Ali could not believe before his eyes. Hurriedly, he stopped a car. The car driver came out
and immediately took the woman to the hospital.

That night, Ali saw the news. The snatch thief was arrested by the police. Ali was thankful
the woman was safe.
