ESSAY
HELP STRENGTHEN ORGANIZATIONS WITH BASICS AND REFERENCES WHICH ARE
ADJUSTED TO ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS.

The reason I will join the SPE STEM Akamigas SC will be included in my Vision and
mission to be the staff managerial of SPE STEM Akamigas SC
Vision:
"Contributing to building pillars is the foundation for student organizations"
Mission:
1. Give birth to the characteristics and identity of SPE PEM SC.
2. Creating programs that can develop the potential, mindset of student
organizations.
3. Make activities based on the activities of us, for us and by us.
4. Making SPE as a home in a comfortable home for all students especially EP.
5. Helping to make SPE as a bridge for all elements of the Oil and Gas Production
Engineering Study Program in development along with other SPE developments.
SPE is a forum for all students to develop all their potential to become students who
excel in various matters related to the petroleum world. Because of this, a student
organization must have a basic pillar or life so that the set is solid.
SPE must be run in accordance with the identity to achieve the goal. SPE does not
have an identity of its own, does not have an pride as an organization, because of
what? because the pride is only possessed by students who are involved as
organizers of the organization even the members have not inspired and utilized the
container that has been provided by SPE.
Personally I am not very aware of the current SPE conditions because I have never
been directly involved in the functional structural SPE, but here are some ideas:
1. Helping in terms of educating the basic foundation of organizational work (AD /
ART)
2. Making secretarial work guidelines
3. Create an internal and external SPE bureaucracy roadmap
4. Submitting administrative hardcopy filing
