    Soldermask over bare copper (SMOBC)

     Preparation: Standard panel size is 12”x18” , made from a 36”x48” sheet. Each
    panel typically contains 8 images.
     Image Transfer: Configure the board to customer specifications. 500 holes are
    drilled using seven modified drill presses or a CNC. CNC is the only non-manual tool.
    A thin layer of copper is deposited in the drilled holes. The panels are the coated with
    DFPR (Dry Film Photoresist) and exposed to UV. The copper in
