Steel Structure fabrication and erection.

 The company also have in-house blasting and painting facility with
specialized and experienced blasters and painters.

 The company also provide technical services and manpower for plant
construction and infrastructure development projects.

Mechanical Construction:
TECC provides construction services for heavy equipment including
transportation, lifting and site erection.

TECC has developed an excellent professional team of engineers, supervisors,

riggers, Forman's, fitters, fabricators and welders.
Common construction activities includes:
 Fabrication and erection of mechanical parts.
 Industrial rigging
 Fabrication, and erection of process plant piping and cross-country
pipelines.
 Fabrication and installation of steel structures including walkways,
platforms, ladders, shelters, pipe supports and embedded parts.

Mr. Muhammad Asif head the company. He is well-known professional with
22 years’ experience in Pakistan’s and Gulf’s industrial and engineering
sector.
He is having a distinguished career in the country’s industrial sector at both
the technical and management levels, in projects of national importance. He

Mr. Muhammad Bilal Arif works with TECC as Director and in parallel he is
responsible for quality control works. In addition, he is working as technical
advisor for piping, and welding related applicable codes and standards.

He holds technical background in metallurgical engineering and have extensive

experience in process plant piping fabrication, erection, testing and pre-
commissioning.

Mr. Shahid Farooq is working in TECC as Manager Projects. He is well-known
professional with 20+ years’ experience in Pakistan’s and Gulf’s in
construction projects.
His responsibilities includes, conducting daily, weekly and monthly meetings
and ensuring the implementation of timelines and schedules. In his pas
assignments, he carried out heavy equipment installations installation of
pumps, motors, exchangers, vessels and piping fabrication erection testing
and pre-commissioning in various projects.
