COURSE TITLE INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS

(Sistem Pintar)

COURSE CODE TME2073

CREDIT 3

PREREQUISITE/S TMF1434 Data Structure and Algorithms (Prerequisite)

SYNOPSIS This course will provide students with the knowledge of Artificial
Intelligence(AI) especially for intelligent system including the
methodology of knowledge representation as well as searching
techniques for developing intelligent system. The course delves into
some central areas of artificial intelligence such as problem solving
and the application of AI in real worlds such as neural network,
expert systems, natural language processing, genetic algorithm, fuzzy
logic and intelligent tutoring system.

(Kursus ini akan menyediakan pelajar tentang pengetahuan

kepintaran buatan khususnya sistem pintar termasuklah
sistem pakar, pemprosesan bahasa tabii, algoritma genetik, logik
kabur dan sistem tutoran pintar.)

LEARNING By the end of this course, students will be able to:

OUTCOMES o Explain the Artificial Intelligence methods to suit a given
scenario problem. [C4]
o Construct problem solving solution for intelligent systems
application. [P4]
o Distinguish the problem solving techniques in the area of
artificial intelligence. [C4]
