Legend:
Skill level - D : Min 20 marks Basic Qualification Test
Skill level - C : In addition to the D level, Min 60% marks in theory & 80% marks in practical Marks to be scored
Skill level - B : Skill level C, Min 80% marks in theory & 100% in practical / demonstration
Skill level - A : Skill level B + 3 years experience in respective functional area & Min 90% marks in theory & 100% in practical / demonstration

Minimum skill level required for the above process (Incoming inspection activity) - "B"

A - Can do independently & Teach others, B - Can do independently, C - Can do with supervision / Senior inspectors, D - Needs training, NA - Skill not applicable , b - Authority to stop production
Note : 1. As and when new inspector are placed, they will be included into skill matrix.
2. Based on the skill development timing plan, review will be initiated & skill development plan will be updated.
3. All inspectors will be evaluated once in 6 months for effectiveness.
