Dear Parents, Upcoming Events

It’s that time of year again to start registering for the 2019- March 11
2020 school year. Teachers will be contacting you on a time Half Day
that we can meet up and help you with registration and any Professional Development
questions that you may have for the new year. Registration is
March 14
officially open. Each of you should have received an email Busch Gardens Spaghetti Dinner
explaining how to re-register, if you did not receive the email
please call the school office and we will make sure to get this March 15

Spring Picnic/Field Day; Friday, March 15
Friday the 14th is the last day of school before spring break. We
will be having a spring picnic/field day at the school and Gallimore, Whitney:
kidspace park. Field trip forms will be coming home this week. Kindergarten

 Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser

Dear Parents,

In order to raise money for our school trip to Busch Gardens, we are hosting a spaghetti dinner
on ​March 14, 2019, at 5:30 PM​. It is critical for every family to attend. Funds raised will be
used to reduce the cost of the trip for each family.

Tickets can be pre-ordered through the school office. Child tickets will be $5; adult tickets will
be $8. Please feel free to invite your friends and other family members.

We are asking each class to bring the following items by March 8, 2019:

● Kindergarten: 1 bottle of salad dressing (Italian or Ranch), 3 loaves of frozen garlic

bread (e.g., Cole’s 16-oz loaf)
● 1st/2nd and 5/6th Grades: 3 16-oz (or 3 1-lb) boxes of regular spaghetti noodles
● 3rd/4th Grades: 2 dozen cookies
● 7/8th and 9/10th Grades: 2 67-oz jars of Prego Traditional Pasta Sauce

All of these items can be found at Walmart. Drinks and salad will be provided by the teachers
and Home and School.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you there!
