I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
I observed an abandoned vehicle by the Gap parking lot. I found a subject sleeping inside the vehicle so I run his
driver license in order to positively identify him. It returned with an outstanding NCIC warrant from the State of
Minnesota. The warrant was confirmed from dispatch for a full extradition.
