I have found Urvashi to be very empathetic

and trust in her ability to handle a crisis
situation, even though I have not been to
her in a crisis myself.

I started going to Urvashi for depression

and anxiety a few months ago, and while I
was apprehensive about why I was there
when I started, I now find myself looking
forward to our weekly meetings. She is
very non-judgemental and gives you the
space to talk and explore your feelings. At
the same time, she also gives you time to
get comfortable with her a open up
gradually. Being in therapy with her is
benefitting me, and I am grateful for that.

anything fancy. It works well for me.

I went to her when I was in
a crisis. She refused to
label my mental illness and
just went by my symptoms
which I thought was good.
She told me about the
medication she was
recommending and she
seemed to value my
questions on it. She gave
me her cell phone number

went on maternity leave
she assured me that we
could Skype if necessary.
She used a combination
therapy for me that was
mostly DBT and it was
extremely useful. I was
diligent in my therapy with
