My Sweet Candy: Customer Satisfaction Survey Template
As we can see in the results obtained of the survey made by "My Sweet Candy",
the customer is nearly satisfied. It was his first purchase and the company did not
surprise him. The product's quality is high and the value for its cost is like the
average. In general, it looks like the products of the company satisfied the needs
of the customer.
On the other hand, we can say that the company must improve customer support
and to look forward to satisfying the people that purchase its products. It looks like
this specific customer is not going to recommend the company and it is worrying.
The results of this survey cannot be too significant to the company due to it is the
opinion of only a customer. However, “My Sweet Candy” must elaborate more
surveys and listen to its clients to improve its service and its products. It is
important to remember that the customer always has the reason.
CONCLUSION

The use of verbs in English should be clearer and more precise since in Spanish we have a
variety of definitions for a single word.
The customer satisfaction is something that a company must works on, having always in
mind that the customer is the reason to be of the company.
