 PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

THIS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT made the day of 2011

BETWEEN SITI AZIZAH BINTI MOHD YUSOP (NRIC NO. 781208-12-5748) of

Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the First Partner”) of the First Part,

AND ADZIMAH BINTI PG ADNAN (NRIC NO. 710823-12-5020) of Lot No. 12-1, 1st Floor,
Block A, Lorong Plaza Kingfisher 1, Plaza Kingfisher, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah,
Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Second Partner”) of the Second Part.

WITNESSETH as follows :-

1. (a) The Parties hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the Partners”) hereby agree to become
partners in the trade of a Legal Firm to be known as Azizah & Co or such other name as the
Partners may hereafter decide.

(b) The business address of the partnership shall be carried at two different address or at
any other place or places as the Partners shall from time to time agree and shall be
deemed to have commenced business on a date appointed by the Partners.

2. Subject to the provisions hereinafter appearing for retirement expulsion and dissolution the
partnership shall continue in business during the joint lives of the Partners hereto.

3. Each partner agree to manage each firm by way of personal management.

a) No net profit at the end of the partnership shall be distributed every your for each firm.
b) All liabilities and or loess of the partnership including losses of a capital in each firm shall
be borne by each partners for each firms.

4. No monies contribution required to constitute by the partners between each firm it is based on
mutual consideration where the fist partners has estashshal its trinos and invite the 2 nd partners
join the firm as to reaffirm the firm ease the firm to get partnership or business.

5. Each partner shall have their owned firm’s book of account which manage by each firms.

6. The vent of business premises and the costs of all repairs, attention, improve image or
insurance ____________ and salaries and wages of all employed clerks and servants
employed in the partnership business. All expense incurred in connection with the purchase of
furniture, safes, boxes and other fitting’s , and all expenses incurred for the purchase of all
other items what so ever necessary for the carrying on of the partnership business, and all
expanses anel arel all losses or damage incurred in carrying on the same shall be pained out of
each firm profits.

8. If any partner desires to withdraw from the partnership voluntarily she any do so by giving nor
less than three (3) months written notice of his/her intuition to do so and he/she shall cease
from being a partner on the exposing of the notice.
