9.5mm thick, Unglazed, Rustic, homogeneous, rectified full body porcelain tiles.
600x600- for the Entrance area as indicated on drawings
10.0mm thick, Unglazed, Rustic, homogeneous, rectified full body porcelain tiles.
Tiles to be laid in accordance with BS 5385 (1989), parts 1-5, with 3mm joints generally (joint widths not
exceeding 3mm) & filled with Water repellant grout. Pattern as per drawing.
3mm wide x 75mm deep perimeter movement control joints to be installed through tiles, setting bed, and min.
1/2 depth of screed below, at junctions of floor and skirting tiles in all areas where distance between opposite
skirting's exceeds 2000mm, and at all door locations.
3mm wide x 75mm deep field control joints to be installed at max. 10000mm centres, in locations confirmed
on contractor's working drawings.All movement control joints to be stainless steel envelope with flexible
synthetic core (beige) as 'Vexcolt Ti-lock Micro M75-03S' or equal.
Tiles to be fixed in accordance with BS 5385 (1989) parts 1-5, with 2mm joints generally to match alignment
of wall tiles on nominal 3mm thin-bed tile setting mortar as mentioned above, colour to match field colour.
Substrate:80mm thk Structural Topping + waterproofing (Product Ref: Mapei Mapelastic Smart) + Adhesive
