Course This course discusses some topics related to decision making models in the operation field. The topics are consists of Scope of operation
Description research, Linier Programming: Concept & Application in the organization, Linier Programming: Graphic Method, Linier Programming:
Simplex Method, Sensitivity Analysis, Transportation Problem, Assignment Problem, Project Management: PERT & CPM, Inventory
Model, and Queue Model. Then, some simple cases in related to the topics.

Attendance Students must fulfill the minimum requirement of attendance, which is 80% from the 16-week scheduled
class sessions.
Class Participation Students are advised to be active in class, i.e. discussion, Q & A, teamwork, debate, and/or any other class
activities
Teamwork Students will work together in teams.
Individual Assignments Students are also responsible for their individual assignment(s) which will be given by the lecturer(s).
Individual assignments may take in the form of writing essays, chapter summary, case analysis, and/or
other form of tasks.
Quiz Quizzes will be given throughout the semester. Therefore, students must be prepared and always read the
course materials that has been given and pay close attention to class discussions.
Mid-Term Exam Mid-Term Exam will be given in week 8 of the semester. The purpose of the exam is to review students’
comprehension of the course materials.
Final Exam Final Exam will be given in week 16 of the semester. The purpose of the exam is to review students’
comprehension of the course materials.
