What defines us All Belong Groups/Leadership Team members lead people to
experience “transformation in Christ” by leveraging influence
as a team? through these four core values.

Develop Leaders
We’re at our best when we’re empowering leaders to carry out
their God-given purpose. So we onboard and develop leaders
who in turn identify and support new leaders.

Leaders are developed through:


• Clear communication about our vision and values.
• Extended trust with authority and decision making.
• Mentoring relationships and development resources.

Next Steps
The reason “why” we exist is for Connect People

Number of Belong Groups (required) Before each semester, a goal is set for the minimum number of Belong Groups which is
represented by 10% of the current attendance (i.e. 1000 people = 100 groups). An active Belong Group is defined as having two
leaders (at least one Facilitator). It is an actively meeting group (once per week) of three or more people.

Leader Growth (required) We desire that every leader take one next step of growth in their lives. We will help each leader identify
an area of desired growth. Then, we will encourage them to grow in that area during the semester through mentoring, prayer and
support.

Leader Satisfaction (required) Leader satisfaction is measured by how leaders feel about their Belong Group as reported by
Coaches through status updates and periodic evaluations.

Member Satisfaction (required) Member satisfaction is measured by how members feel about their Belong Group as reported by
Facilitators/Members through status updates and periodic evaluations.

Healthy Attendance (required) We desire that each group reach a healthy average size and maintain consistent attendance with
its members throughout the semester.

New Groups/Leaders (required) Before each semester, a goal is set for the desired number of groups for the following semester.
This will help us determine the minimum number of leaders that must be onboarded to reach that goal.
