FOR UV WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

Normally a UV water treatment system consist of 2 parts:

1. A UV treatment chamber and

2. A UV control panel.

UV treatment chamber is made of highest quality 316L stainless steel that is corrosion resistant and very
long lasting. Internal chamber can be chemically clean. External chamber can be polished and cleaned to
shine. Existing parts like compression nuts, quartz sleeves, O-rings, lamps, UV probe are replaceable.

Normally it is the electrical aspect of the system that is giving all the problems. This is due to the corrosion
and electrical component degradation over time. Because of constant interruption from the control panel,
the UV treatment system may constantly trip.

Another common reason customers having problems with old UV system is model obsolete which render
the replacement parts like ballast no longer available for purchase. This forces the customers left with no
option but to change to new system.

control panel and change all the UV treatment chamber parts. By doing so, you not only give a new life to

We custom-made the panel according to your existing lamp power wattage with a matching high efficient
electronic ballast or upgrade to a high power wattage lamps for an increased water flow rate. We can also
modify your system according to your requirement and needs.
Above is an old UV TOC 24 lamps system which Patent refurbished and brought it back to operation that
was beyond customer’s expectation as it was declared for scrape.
