Subject: ANNUAL BUDGET OF 2016
For: The honorable Presiding Officer and members of the Sangguniang Bayan.
The Committee on Appropriation, Ways and Means conducted a budget hearing attended by the
different department heads and chiefs of offices of the various departments of the municipal
government and have found the following findings and observations:
1. That the Municipal Government of Dingras, llocos Norte appropriated an amount of

Pl07,387,722.32 for its Annual Budget for calendar year 2016 covering various expenditures
for the operation of the government of Dingras for the period January 1, 2016 to December
31, 2016 and appropriating the necessary funds for the purpose.
2. That there were revisions on the proposed budget of the Municipal Engineering Office.
3. That in order to raise more revenue, it has been agreed upon that the food court located at
the Old Market be awarded to a concessionaire and/or under a BOT Scheme.
4. That additional general provisions are incorporated to the said appropriation ordinance, to
wit:
a. Procurement of Goods, Infrastructure Projects, and Services
b. Authority of the Local Chief Executive/Vice Mayor to hire job orders
c. Changes in organizational structure.
5. That the Annual Budget of Dingras Municipal Government shows substantial compliance with
the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
6. That the appropriation ordinance fully complies with the budgetary requirements and
general limitations;
7. That the Committee on Finance has reviewed and favorably recommends the approval of the
Annual Budget for the calendar year 2015;
8. That consistent with the above findings, the committee recommends for tHe adoption of the
committee report and that the draft appropriation ordinance enacting the annual budget for
2016 be tackled for 2"d reading for today session.

of P101, 963, 867.08 for its Annual Budget for calendar year 2015 covering
various expenditures for the operation of the government of Dingras for the
period January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 and appropriating the necessary
funds for the purpose.
2. That the Annual Budget of Dingras Municipal Government shows substantial compliance

WHEREAS, upon proper evaluation of the Barangay Development Council that the expenditure for Support to
Health & Nutrition Services and Support to Agriculture is no longer needed for the Maintenance of Streetlights is more
priority;
WHEREAS, on motion of Kagawad Rodel Apostol duly seconded it was resolved as it is hereby resolve to revert
the amount of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) and reappropriating the same to Maintenance of Streetlights in the
Barangay;
RESOLVED fi nally to authorize the Barangay Secretary to transcribe this Resolution and provide copies to
concerned offices.
