FORMAL OFFER OF EXHIBIT

Plaintiffs, through counsel from the Public Attorney’s Office and

unto his Honorable Court, most respectfully offers in evidence the
following documentary evidences, to wit;

Exhibit “1” Judicial Affidavit of James F. Cania be marked as Exhibit

And Series
Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Marciano Alvarando
and to prove hat he is innocent of the crime
charged;

Exhibit “2” Counter Affidavit of Clemente Alberca;

Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Clemente Alberca
and to prove that he was the person who hacked the
private complainant to defend himself;

Exhibit “3” Counter Affidavit of Leone Alvarando;

Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Leone Alvarando
and to prove that he is innocent of the offense
charged;

Exhibit “4” Counter Affidavit of Marciano Alvarando, JR.

Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Marciano Alvarando,
Jr. and to prove that he is innocent of the
offense
charged;

Exhibit “5” Counter Affidavit of Redin Alvarando;

Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Redin Alvarando;
and to prove that he is innocent of the offense
charged;
Exhibit “6” Counter Affidavit of Edwin Alberca;
Purpose: offered as part of the testimony of Edwin Alberca
and to prove that he is innocent of the offense
charged;

Exhibit “7” Barangay Blotter

Purpose: Offered as part of the testimony of Barangay Captain
Bienvenido Torres and to prove that the private
complainant has been involved in mauling incident in
the barangay as respondent;

That, the above-mentioned exhibits offered in evidence were

attached to the records of the case and the authenticity of which have
been duly established during the course of presentation of evidence in
chief by the defense.

That, after formally offering the above-mentioned exhibit, the

accused is now resting his case.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the evidence

submitted be taken into consideration in resolving the case. The defense
rest its case.
