Followed the USE OF LOTS RULE #4 of the DEED OF RESTRICTIONS stating
COMMERCIAL LOTS MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 METERS FRONT SETBACK.

Violated the USE OF LOTS RULE #8 of the DEED OF RESTRICTIONS stating


NO PART OF THE PROPERTY OR ANY VACANT LOT SHALL BE USED PURELY
AS A PARKING LOT OR MAINTAINED AS DUMPING GROUND FOR RUBBISH,
TRASH, GARBAGE OR OTHER MATERIAL AGGREGATES.
Followed the SEWAGE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL RULE #2.4 of the DEED
OF RESTRICTIONS stating THE SUBDIVISION WILL ADOPT THE “TAPAT KO,
LINIS KO” PROGRAM WHEREBY RESIDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CLEAN
THEIR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS, INCLUDING THE SIDEWALKS, ROADS
AND PLANTING STRIP IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTIES.

Violated the WALL/FENCE RULE #1 stating SOLID CONCRETE WALLS MAY


BE ALLOWED FOR THE FENCE NOT FRONTING A STREET.
Followed the SEWAGE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL RULE #2.2 of the DEED
OF RESTRICTIONS stating GARBAGE CANS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED
OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY OF THE BUYER. SUCH GARBAGE CANS MUST BE
KEPT WITHIN THE PROPERTY AND SHOULD BE PLACED OUTSIDE ONLY
UPON COLLECTION OF THE GARBAGE BY AUTHORIZED COLLECTING
ENTITIES.

Violated the USE OF LOTS RULE #4 stating RESIDENTIAL LOTS MUST HAVE
MINIMUM REAR SETBACK OF 2 METERS.
Violated the SEWAGE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL RULE #2.3 stating
RESIDENTS SHOULD AVOID LITTERING AT ANY PLACE, WITHIN THE
SUBDIVISION.

Violated the WALL/FENCE RULE #1 stating THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF


WALL/FENCE SHALL BE 2 METERS FOR REAR AND SIDE HOME
BOUNDARIES.
Violated the SEWAGE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL RULE #2.2 stating
GARBAGE CANS SHOULD BE PLACED OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY OF THE
BUYER. SUCH GARBAGE CANS MUST BE KEPT WITHIN THE PROPERTY AND
SHOULD BE PLACED OUTSIDE ONLY UPON COLLECTION OF THE GARBAGE
BY AUTHORIZED COLLECTING ENTITIES.

Violated the the USE OF LOTS RULE #4 of the DEED OF RESTRICTIONS


stating COMMERCIAL LOTS MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 METERS FRONT

Violated the USE OF LOTS RULE #9 of the DEED OF RESTRICTIONS stating
THE BUYER SHALL KEEP THE GRASS WITHIN THE LOT CUT AND TRIMMED
AT ALL TIMES.

Violated the SEWAGE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL RULE #2.4 of the DEED OF
RESTRICTIONS stating THE SUBDIVISION WILL ADOPT THE “TAPAT KO,
LINIS KO” PROGRAM WHEREBY RESIDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CLEAN
THEIR IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS, INCLUDING THE SIDEWALKS, ROADS
AND PLANTING STRIP IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTIES.
Violated the STREET REGULATIONS RULE #2 stating THE OWNER
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGULATE STREET PARKING TO ENSURE FREE
FLOW OF TRAFFIC ALONG THE STREETS AND INTO THR LOTS. PARKING
ALONG THE MAIN ROAD AND ALLEYS SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED.

Violated the STREET REGULATIONS RULE #3 stating NO VEHICULAR


ENTRANCE OR EXIT SHALL BE ALLOWED ALONG THE CIRCULAR CURVES
AT STREET INTERSECTIONS.
Violated the BUILDING AND ARCHITECTURE RULE #7 stating NO
RESIDENTIAL HOUSE SHALL EXCEED NINE (9) METERS IN HEIGHT
MEASURED FROM GROUND TO ROOFTOP.
