GUI Status SELECTION_SCREEN

Create the GUI Status „SELECTION_SCREEN“ for the report /SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD as described
below:

 Start transaction Object Navigator (SE80).

 In the repository browser, open the program /SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD.

 Right-click on the report /SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD and select Create -> GUI Status.

 On the popup, enter SELECTION_SCREEN in the field Status and the short text “Selection
Screen GUI Status”. Close the popup by pressing enter.
 Create the menu bar:

o Enter “Program” in the left menu bar field and double-click on it to open the list for
the menu entries.

o Enter ONLI as function code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup and
continue. Enter “Execute” as function text, ICON_EXECUTE_OBJECT as icon. Press
enter to close the popup.
o Enter SJOB as function code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup and
continue. Enter “Execute in Background” as function text. Press enter to close the
popup.

o Right-click on the next function code field and select “Separator line”.
o Enter SHOW_FILE as function code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup
and continue. Enter “Display Uploaded Files on DB” as function text and
ICON_READ_FILE as icon name. Press enter to close the popup.

o Right-click on the next function code field and select “Separator line”.

o Enter EXIT as code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup and continue.
Enter “Exit” as function text. Press enter to close the popup. Double-click on EXIT and
select E (Exit Command) as functional type on the popup. Press enter to close the
popup.
o The program menu should finally look like this:

o Create the “Edit” menu: Enter “Edit” in the field next to “Program”. Double-click on
the “Edit” field to open the submenu.
o Enter CANCEL as function code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup and
continue. Enter “Cancel” as function text and ICON_CANCEL as icon name. Press
enter to close the popup. Double-click on CANCEL and select E (Exit Command) as
functional type on the popup. Press enter to close the popup.

o Create the “Goto” menu: Enter “Goto” in the field next to “Edit”. Double-click on the
“Goto” field to open the submenu.

o Enter “Variants” as Text and press enter (this creates a submenu).

o Enter BACK as function code and press enter. Choose Static Text on the popup and
continue. Enter “Back” as function text. Press enter to close the popup. Double-click
on BACK and select E (Exit Command) as functional type on the popup. Press enter to
close the popup.

o Double-click on the “>” at the right to open the submenu of “Variants”.

 o Enter the following function codes for this submenu (according to the steps
described above):

 Create the application toolbar

o Enter for the first three items of the application toolbar the following function codes
and select the corresponding function key on the popup for each code.

 Enter the following function codes for the standard toolbar. Double-click on each function
code and check that the following values (e.g. the functional type) are set in the popup:

 Save and activate the GUI status.

GUI Status FILE_ALV
Create the GUI Status FILE_ALV as described below:

 Right-click on the report /SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD and select Create -> GUI Status.

 On the popup, enter FILE_ALV in the field Status and the short text “File ALV GUI Status”.
Close the popup by pressing enter.

 Create the menu bar:

o Enter “List” in the left menu bar field and double-click on it to open the list for the
menu entries.
o Enter the following codes in the “List” menu, choose Static Text on the popup and
enter the following values:

service pack.)
