​ The main idea about my Capstone is spreading awareness about helping the

environment. Also, on ways to help the environment. I chose this topic because I firmly believe

we need to start helping the environment by keeping it healthy and clean. The main reason I

was so interested was because I always wanted to help the world in a positive way and what is

a better way to start to at least try to keep it clean. The solution I resolved was having better

habits and ways to help the world. Also, I spreaded a good amount of awareness of ways to

But, I truly wanted to develop new habits, also learn ways to help the environment. In the

beginning, I started the instagram page and started to do a lot of research on ways to help the

environment. But we used youtube as well to post our videos

Next, I did a week of recycling and 3 days of picking up trash at Andulka Park in Riverside. But,

the only obstacle me and my partner both faced was filming videos for awareness on Instagram.

The main reason was because at the time is was raining or it was after my partner got off work

which was at night so there was not much light.

We took pictures of us picking up trash at Andulka Park and also took screenshots of our

instagram page.
I truly believed I accomplished spreading awareness on helping our planet. By telling others the

negative side of not recycling and ways to help the world. This website helped us a lot by

understanding and learning new ways to help the environment

I really did learn a lot on the research we did on ways to help the environment. I learned why it

is so important to recycling and picking up after ourselves. Also, I learned why trees are so good

for our planet I used the information from this website and was inspired to make a video on it

I learned now, from now on I am going to recycle and occasionally pick up trash from my local

park Andulka I am proud of doing that. But I wish we could have done more videos and picked

up trash longer.
I solved not wasting the plastic I use. By that I recycled it and by using a brand of water called

“JUST WATER” which is a plant based bottle which reduces plastic waste. The actual bottle

I truly did make a difference in my capstone. Mostly because I picked up trash from my local

park. Also, recycled for a week which helped with my plastic use. Also, used some “ JUST

WATER” bottles that are recyclable as well. The main thing we made a difference with was

spreading awareness on our instagram page which in total got 400 views on our videos.
