OFFER OF TESTIMONY OF MIKE ROSS

The testimony of Jessica Pearson is offered to show that the Defendant

inherited the subject property by virtue of testamentary succession through the
holographic will executed by her mother, Donna Pearson. This testimony is thus
offered to show that she is the rightful owner of the said property.

JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF JESSICA PEARSON

I am Mike Ross, 35 years old, Filipino, married, a resident of Brgy, San

Pedro, Molo, Iloilo, Philippines, state under oath that my answers to the questions
propounded by Atty. Jamaica Ariz on January 16, 2019 in his office at Unit 4,
Commercial Ground Floor, Uptown Place, General Luna Street, Iloilo City are
true and correct. This is my direct testimony in this case (CIVIL CASE NO.
____________, entitled Rachel Zane vs. Jessica Pearson.)

Atty. Ariz: Do you swear to tell the truth in the questions asked of you?

Answer: Yes.

Q2: I am informing you that you are answering questions under oath and that you
may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury should your answers not
be true. Do you understand?

A2: Yes.

Q3: Do you know why you are here?

A3: Yes, because I will testify and authenticate the demand letters sent by Donna
Pearson to Rachel Zane.

Q4: Do you know Rachel Zane?

A4: Not personally, but she is the recipient of the demand letters sent by Donna
Pearson through the law firm where I am a messenger.

Q5: How long have you been a messenger of the law firm?

A5: I have been working as a messenger in the law firm for 15 years.

Q6: Have you met her personally?

A6: Yes, she personally received the demand letters I delivered.

Q7: How many times you have sent the demand letters?

A7: Six times. Once every end of the month, for six months starting January of
2012 to June of the same year.

Q8: Are these the demand letters you delivered?

A8: No, these are the duplicate original copy of the demand letters Ms. Zane
received.

Q9: At the bottom of these demand letters there is a signature above the the name
Rachel Zane, who are these signatures?

A9: The signatures are of Rachel Zane.

Q10: How sure are you that these are her signatures?

A10: She signed those in my presence.
