I, the above third-party intervener and Grantor 1 Beneficiary of the SHANE C.

BUCZEK U.S. TRUST, do hereby thank Judge Skretny for granting the Order for
extension oftime dated 3/11/2010 to file post-trial motions until 4/30/2010. As of
April 19, 2010 I have not yet received the complete court transcripts in their entirety
pursuant to my original motion for enlargement filed 3/09/201 O.

I hereby request an enlargement of time of 45 days from the date of receipt of the
transcripts in order to file a motion for new trial and 1 or acquittal of judgment.
The transcripts are expected to show reversible errors in the case of the defendant.
