TECHNICAL ASPECT
Introduction
This study discusses about the processes of production and
activities of the company. It states also the machineries and
equipment used in production and other aspects regarding bringing
the raw materials into a finished product ready for trade. Plant
layout, size and production schedule are all presented for
identifying the business operation. Also, product specifications,
the product processes flowchart, the list of machinery, tools,
and equipment are enumerated with their corresponding costs, the
raw materials and fund sources cited.
Location Site and Map
The proponents choose to build its production site and
distribution site in Lower Session, Baguio City. it is beside
Hotel Veniz and Sunshine Supermarket, Inc. The proponents choose
the location to be able to distribute the products easily. The
location is very strategic since it is located where the
customers should pass by and which is accessible for them. Water
supply and profuse, electricity is available and waste
segregation is strictly followed. Lastly, the price of the store
is cheaper compared to other stores.

Service Flowchart
The flowchart shows about the employees and customers
activities inside the establishment. The flowchart of the
employee is applicable to everyone working inside the
establishment. The employee will enter the premises of the
company and upon entering the establishment, all employees should
use the biometric time clock to time-in for the business to keep
track if they are present or absent. After their time-in, all of
them should already go to their respective areas to do their
tasks.
The flowchart also shows the customers activities inside the
establishment, which is a very direct process to utilize the
service. The customer will enter the establishment and be
accommodated by the cashier and the sales persons. Afterwards,
the customer will order the product and choose what size of the
product that he/she avail.
