I, RODRIGO R. ROA, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen and

a resident of Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet,Philippines, after having
been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and
state that:

1. My total aggregate landholdings, including the

parcel of land containing a land area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
SQUARE METERS, located at Km 3, La Trinidad, Benguet, that I
acquired from MERRIAM D. SANTIAGO, thru a Deed of Absolute
Sale of a Registered Land covered by Doc. No. 10; Page No.
10; Book No. 1; Series of 2011 of the Notarial Registry of Atty.
LENY L. BINAYA-N of La Trinidad, Benguet, dated March 31,
2016, does not exceed FIVE hectares;

2. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with

Department of Agrarian Reforms Administrative Order No. 1-89,
as well as to show proof that my total aggregate land holdings,
including the portion of land I acquired from MERRIAM D.
SANTIAGO, does not exceed five hectares;
