SUBJECT : Action Taken re: NCMF IV-A Meeting with

PNP and Muslim in Cavite

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, RID dated November 6, 2018 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the information that on October 4, 2018, the National

Commission on Muslim Filipino (NCMF) Regional Office IV-A held a dialogue with
Muslim Leaders and PNP officials at Cavite State University Auditorium in Cavite City.
Atty. Dalomang N Parahiman, NCMF IV-A Regional Director presided over the meeting,
assisted by Alejandro Toto T Deron, NCMF Cultural Affairs Division, and Edgardo C
Maruhom, Peace and Conflict Resolution Division.

3. This issues and concerns in the meeting were:

a. The PNP needs the cooperation and assistance of Muslim Leaders to

maintain peace and order in Cavite, particularly in combating extremism
terrorism; and
b. The Muslim leaders agreed to help the PNP in maintaining peace and
order on Muslim communities in different barangays.

4. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that this

Police Station conducted a dialogue together with the Muslim Leaders regarding Peace
and Order, especially combating extremism terrorism.

5. Attached all the photos taken during the said activity.
