1. PAY APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE: Please select ONE of the following methods of payment:

2. SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS: Kindly print, sign and mail (or hand-deliver) to the Admissions Office, the
Confirmation Receipt (available HERE), together with all supporting documents on Wednesday 09 January , 2019.

3. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: To see which documents you need to submit, click HERE. NOTE: We do not
accept scanned documents via email or via fax. Only submit certified/notarized copies.

4. HOW TO SUBMIT CHANGES: Any change to your online application must be made in writing to: The Senior
Assistant Registrar, Student Affairs (Admissions), The UWI St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad & Tobago W.I. no
later than July 12, 2019. Please do not fill out a new application; simply email us with your request.

5. PROCESSING: Processing of your application would only commence upon receipt of your signed UG
Confirmation Receipt and certified/notarized copies of all required supporting documents. After you have
submitted the required dcouments, please allow approximately 3 weeks for your documents to be processed and/or
for your application record to be updated in our system.
 6. TRACK YOUR APPLICATION: You can track the progress of your application at any time online at
http://www.sta.uwi.edu/admissions/track. Log in using the ID and PIN you created when you started the
application process,then click the TRACK APPLICATION Button.

NOTE: Applicants would only be allowed to submit/complete ONE UNDERGRADUATE APPLICATION per academic
year.
