COURSE DESCRIPTION:

ENTRPSY (Entrepreneurial Psychology) course focuses on a psychological approach to understanding entrepreneurial behavior; which examines the personality, personal entrepreneurial competencies, motivation, expectancies critical thinking and entrepreneurial behavior of entrepreneurs.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND ASSESSMENTS:

Aside from the final output, the student will be assessed at other times during the term by the following:

1. Each student will submit a Personal Entrepreneurial Strategypaper based on the concepts discussed in class. This replaces the final exam requirement of the course.

2. The class will be divided into groups where each group is required to:

a. Analyze cases and participate actively in case discussions.

b. Prepare a group report on the assigned topic to be presented in class.

3. Submission of Reflection Papers and/or Individual Essays

Note: The class shall be given a total of 6 hours of fieldwork distributed throughout the term for data gathering of the group report and personal entrepreneurial strategy paper
