SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

That I, JOSEPHINE ROSETE JUHASZ A.K.A JOSEPHINE GUMPAL CABRAL, of legal

age, Filipino, married and a resident of 102-14 Lewis Ave. 1B Corona,NEW YORK 11368 , do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my son JOMARI GUMPAL CABRAL, likewise of
legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident at Andres Bonifacio, Diffun Quirino, Philippines, to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and
perform all or any of the following:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf to transact and verify all my record in the
banks where our properties were mortgaged;

2. Further, to clear my name that I have been in New York since 2002 and it is
impossible for me to have transacted any business in any of the establishments
of Philippine Banks;

3. That this SPA will further authorize him, to verify & obtain any records relating
therefrom;

4. That this SPA shall further allow him to enter into any settlement that would not
prejudice my person nor any children’s properties;

That as our compulsory heir, he has all the right to verify and collate the properties
that might have been an object of fraud, receipt or machinations;

5. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s) and
paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the
concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts
in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds.

6. GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and
purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of
substitution or revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or her substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
