1MAIN PROBLEM:
Being a disabled person is not only their problem, education, opportunities and
employment is the most important thing to be given for PWDs. Also, PWDs has to put up to all
sort of difficulties; lack of financial and environmental access to quality education. Opportunity
is very hard to attain in this country, even though they finished their studies, it’s hard for them
to work in a normal environment.

3.2SUB- PROBLEMS:
1. The government is slow towards the poorly coordinated services and even
capacitated to respond to his/ her needs.
2. Their family turns out hiding them in the society
3. Lower education accomplishments
4. Poorer health conditions
5. Higher poverty rates
6. Less economic engagement than people without disabilities
7. Equal opportunity

SOLUTION:
Proposing “DaluBALAY” a Sports and Training Center that offers different opportunities
for disabled person, such as trainings for livelihood programs and vocational courses that let
them explore their talent and skills. It also offers different sports activities for abled and disabled
person to enhance their skills in terms of sports for them to have more opportunities in sports
industry and for them to be known in society.

EFFECT:
Education, opportunities and employment being provided by the government, help
not only to boost the confidence of PWDs, but also enable them to be self-reliant and become
productive members of the community. Their family will be proud of them, they will no longer
hide in the society. They are able to compete favorably for available opportunities. They are able
to foster their capabilities to attain a more meaningful, productive and satisfying life. Able to live
freely and as independently as possible. They can now gain more respect from the society.
Government is now able to create local employment for skilled and unskilled workers. They get
most of the contracts from the government programs for PWDs.
