Meter Filling Procedure

1. Officer issued the Filling Requisition Slips as per Sale order given by Sales Team (Back
Office)
2. One copy sent to Meter Control Room, Meter Room Operator Enter this Quantity into
its Meter Log Book.
3. Other 2 copies of FR handed over to Driver
4. Driver enter its Tank Lorry by showing this slips to Guard and park the Tank Lorry into
designated Bay for filling.
5. Filling Operator First Fill the Pre Filling Checklist and when all conditioned fulfilled then
further Filling process start.
6. Connect the Scully and earthling clips, make sure the Green light has Blown out into
Scully device place on meter room.
7. Place the Loading Arm of ordered fuel grade into Compartment/Chamber, make sure
that it touches the bottom of Tank Rim. Do not Splash Loading.
8. Open the Loading Arm control valve and give OK signal to meter Operator.
9. Meter Operator First Check the Scully Light shows Green Signal
10. Press Enter key and put Pre Set Quantity as per Filling Requisition Slip.
11. Press Start Key
12. (Before these Steps the Meter Operator made selection of Pump Used for Filling of
Fuels.)
13. Push Green Button of Selected Pump.
14. Filling Operator Open the Loading Arm handrail valve by placing it into forward
Direction.
15. When display “Batch Complete” on Meter Screen then Meter Operator send signal to
Filling Operator to Finnish Filling – If further filling required then print command and
Repeat the steps 10-13 .
16. After Completion of Filling, the Filling Operator Physically Check the Dips of All Chamber
and Mentioned the Same into Filling Requisition Slip.
17. The Process Repeat for Filling of other Grade Fuel (PMG,PMG-97,HSD)
