AP WENT TO NEIGHBOR'S HOME WITH A GOLF CLUB, HIT THE DOOR WITH THE CLUB, THEN GOT INTO AN
ALTERCATION ON THE FRONT PORCH. AP HIT UNARMED NEIGHBOR SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE GOLF CLUB,
CAUSING A BROKEN ARM, A BROKEN NOSE, AND A GREAT DEAL OF INJURY TO THE LEFT EYE AND HEAD. VICTIM
WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. AP WAS ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT RESULTING IN SERIOUS BODILY
INJURY.
