Advance in information technology in this 21th century has caused the information
proceed quickly within seconds and delivers from one location to another without limited
by distance.

INTRODUCTION
Progressively advance in information technology requires any company adopts it
properly that it gives benefits as expected such as to look for, sell products and services,
expand the market, recruit the applicants of purchaser, and increase in database of
customers and business partners through website. However, the challenge often found
includes the lack of adequate human resources and skill or the number of internal HRD
to develop, maintain and maximize that any business chances are lost in such a way. To
meet the requirement, we offer a solution in cooperation of developing a website.

Today, on the first date of October in two thousand tenth year (01‐10‐2010), we,

1. Thomas Hermawan, acting as Director of PT. Bumi Abadi Information Technology
domiciled at Graha Pilar Mas 5th Floor No 512 Jalan Ahmad Yani No 18 West
Jakarta , hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
2. Rusli Hadi, acting as General Director of PT. Jaya Industrial Estate domiciled at
Jalan Pinang Mas No 1, South Jakarta, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

the domicile of PT. Bumi Baru office , the undersigned:
1. Junaedy SE, MM : General Director of PT. Bumi Baru, who in the case acts to as and on
behalf of PT. Bumi Baru domiciled at Jalan Mestika No 8 West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
2. Ir. Amin : The Leader of PT. Asia Abadi, who in the case acts to as and on behalf of PT.
Asia Abadi domiciled at Jalan Palem Mas No 12 West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, hereinafter
