Advance    in  information    technology  in    this    21th  century    has  caused    the    information  
proceed quickly  within seconds and  delivers from one location to another  without  limited 
by distance.  

The advance changed human habits in their  individual  working sphere.  In  every decision  
making, people  always  need  comprehensie, accurate and  proper  information resulting 
from   various sources or  places  within  a time  as  short as  possible.  What  frequently  
occurs    is    the  required  information    is    unavailable    in  the  same    location  or    available  in  
different  location.   

  

PT.  Sawita  Plantation  as  an  industrial  company  that      progressively  develop      is  extremely  
required  to  arrange and   manage  the  collected  information  to make  the  administrative   
facility  easier and   make  the management  easier  in  decision making.   

  

Considering  the   existing  information system of PT.  Sawita Plantation, we expect to give a  
proper  solution    in  an  effort  of  using    information  technology.  The  solution    should  be    a 
preliminary and main step of  creating  “A well‐known administration and management”.    

The Objective of Project

The objective of the  project is to  integrate  all the existing computers  that are connected  
to LAN   by considering safety,  effectiveness, efficiency, scalability and easy of operation.  
Furthermore,    the  facilities    that  we  will  develop  include    procurement,  installation  and

INTRODUCTION 
Progressively    advance  in    information    technology    requires  any  company  adopts      it 
properly that it  gives  benefits  as  expected such as  to look for, sell products and services, 
expand  the  market,  recruit    the  applicants  of  purchaser,  and    increase  in  database    of 
customers  and  business  partners  through  website. However, the challenge  often found 
includes   the lack of  adequate  human resources and skill  or the number of  internal HRD 
to  develop, maintain and maximize that  any  business  chances are lost in such a way.  To  
meet the requirement,  we offer  a solution  in cooperation  of developing a website.

    hereinafter referred to as   the FIRST PARTY.

EFFECTIVE  DURATION  OF THE CONTRACT  

 1. This contract  is made for  1 (one) year,  being  effective within  1 October  2010 until 1

2. As the effective  duration expires,   this contract  will effective  automatically  otherwise if
