Introduction: This document will guide elevator personnel to safely


operate the elevator while bridging door locks using
the FAA29190AS door switch bridge device.
简介:本文指导如何使用 FAA29190AS 门锁短接器,及使用此短

接器时如何安全操控电梯。

TASK

工作步骤:

1. Determine if passengers are in elevator. Rescue passengers


确定电梯内没有乘客,如果有,则将乘客放出。.

2. Apply labels to hoistway doors alerting building occupants that


elevator is out of service. Assure all hoistway doors are closed
在厅门上贴制工作警示标志,同时通知业主电梯将停止服务。

确认所有的厅门都正常安全关闭。.

3. If elevator can run, move elevator to landing below top floor.


如果电梯可以运行,则将电梯开至次顶层。

With service tool. This allows access through


entrance adjacent to E&I panel if possible.

4. Open hoistway door and determine how far top of car is located
above or below top landing. With door key.

5. Move elevator to a level where top of car is accessible


运行电梯到可以进入轿顶的位置。

If elevator can run, use ERO in E&I panel. If


elevator cannot run, use manual rescue procedure
如果电梯可以运行,则使用 E&I.操控盘上的 ERO 功

能;如果电梯不能运行,则采用手动救援的方法。

6. Open hoistway door. Gain control of elevator. With door key.


用厅门锁匙打开厅门,于轿顶控制电梯。

7. Remove screw from Door Switch Bridge Device located in


bottom of E&I panel. Remove device. Rotate device one half
turn and plug into socket. The letters "INS" should be readable.
门锁短路器位于 E&I 操控盘下部,拆除上面的固定螺丝,将

门锁短路器旋转 180 度,再插入插座,此时上面的“INS”标

示位于正向。

The elevator can run on top of car inspection with


unlocked door!
此时,电梯可在厅门开启的情况下,以轿顶检修状

态操控运行。

8. Access top of car.


进入轿顶。

9. Close hoistway door and verify that door is locked mechanically.


关闭厅门,检查门锁装置。

Remember elevator can now run on top of car


inspection with unlocked door!
注意电梯现在可以在厅门开启的情况下,以轿

顶检修模式操控运行。

10. Perform required work in hoistway.


执行需要完成的井道内工作

Use caution when opening hoistway doors!

11. Run elevator to position where top of car is approximately level


with the top landing
运行电梯到轿顶与顶层相对平层的位置。

12. Egress top of car.


退出轿顶。
13. Remove Door Switch Bridge Device. Rotate device one half turn
and plug into socket. The word "NORMAL" should be readable.
Install screw in device.
拆除门锁短接器,旋转 180 度,再插入插座,此时,上面的

“NORMAL”标示位于正向,最好上好固定螺丝。

14. Return elevator to service.

If elevator fails to run normally, verify Door


Switch Bridge Device is installed in "NORMAL"

access to the pit, for the GeN2 elevator system.

I. Pit Access

1. Press hall call to obtain the car

2. Insure no passengers are in the car

This procedure depicts the detailed steps required to gain access
to TOC for the maintenance and repair positions, as well as exit from
TOC for the Optimus elevator system.

Tasks Performed at the Maintenance Position:

adjustment.

I. POSITION ACCESS

1. Notify the appropriate building personnel that the car


will be removed from service

2. Get barricades from the van (if required)

machine.

Ⅰ. POSITION ACCESS

Minor Visit - One time per year(minutes 24)

Assumes standing in front of the elevator in the lobby, tools with
the mechanic.

I. Position 1: At the lobby(minutes 3)

位置 1:大堂电梯厅(工时 3 分钟)

1. Press the call button, while waiting check


等待检查时,按外呼按钮呼梯,同时进行如下检查
- Fixtures

2. When the car arrives

3. Inspect the LEDs

IV. Position 4: In the Hoistway/Lobby(11 minutes /floor)

1. Ride the car to the lobby

2. For the lobby and car doors (see note 1)

- clean tracks and sills

Do not lubricate tracks.Rag or 400 grit sandpaper

note 1: To access the bottom hoistway door, from TOC


disable the evacuation deterrent, raise the car up
250mm, open the car door. Leave on inspection and
access the car from the bottom landing perform
procedures from inside the car.
Optionally a ladder from the pit can be utilized but
care must be taken to comply with the WWJSS.
备注 1: 对于底层厅门的保养,由于在轿顶无法达到此工作位

置,所以需将轿厢上行 250mm,使厅门脱离门刀控制,

打开轿门。关闭检修模式,从底层进入轿厢,在轿厢

里进行底层厅门的保养。

V. Position 5: Exit Procedure(minutes 5)

1. Travel to lobby, removing service tags

This procedure depicts the detailed steps required for
maintaining an GeN2 elevator system. This is based on a 6 stop,
630Kg duty.

Major Visit - One time per year


常规检查——每年一次
Assumes standing in front of the elevator in the lobby, tools with the
mechanic (rags, hand tools, oil, flashlight, 400 grit sandpaper).
维修工到达电梯厅前,备齐相应工具(抹布、手动工具、润滑油、

照明灯、400﹟粗砂纸等)。

I. Position 1: At the lobby(minutes 3)

6. Remove power

7. Crack open the hoistway door ensure REM is alive

8. Every 3rd year replace REM and E&I panel batteries(Will

need to re-power to access TOC)

9. Test the manual rescue operation.

3. Inspect and clean

- Inspect rope alignment on the drive sheave

- Inspect machine, brake, leads, encoder
检查曳引机、制动器、导线连接端、编码器。
- Remove cover and dust governor, check for debris build up on
the sheave.
拆下盖板清洁限速器,检查轮上有无杂物堆积。
- hitches, measure and adjust spring heights if needed
绳头杆:如果需要则测量并调整弹簧长度。

4. Run car down access top door track


下行轿厢至顶层厅门导轨处。

V. Position 5: In the Hoistway(minutes 60)

位置 5:在井道内(工时 60 分钟)

1. Using inspection switches run down the hoistway,


inspecting and cleaning as needed (12 mins)
使用检修开关操控轿箱下行,进行如下所需的检查清洁(需

要工时 12 分钟):

- rails (oil if required), listen for squeaks, dry spots or


debris
井道导轨(如有需要则润滑),听取有无异响,清洁导轨上

的干燥污迹和垃圾灰尘。
- belts (visual only), fraying, rouge deposits
查看曳引带有无磨损和堆积污垢。
- traveling cable (visual), insure no scraping, nicks
查看随行电缆,确认没有刮伤和刻痕。
- Check belt alignment on the C/W sheaves at mid
hoistway
在井道中部,检查曳引带是否正确位于对重轮槽中。
- Inspect C/W sliding guides for wear and play.
检查对重滑动导靴有无磨损,并检查运动情况。

2. For each hoistway door clean, inspect / adjust each


hoistway door (see note 1)(48 mins, 8mins per floor)

每层工时 8 分钟):

- Check door guides, replace as needed

Coated Steel Belt Visual Inspection

This procedure is the main belt inspection procedure for the

coated steel belts. This procedure must be run at least one time

per year as prescribed in the major maintenance procedure, or

more frequently if required by code. In addition to this visual

inspection, as prescribed by the visual result, or each year

starting year 6, the MFL test procedure must be run. The MFL

tool is an electronic test tool that is being used to gain more field

data on the belts. The MFL device is only looking the steel cord

strand breakage, as we presently do for ropes.

此工作程序是主要针对包层钢带的检查程序,作为常规计划保养

程序,每年至少执行一次,或者根据情况需要而增加检查频率。另

on the tester will alternate the LO-BAT and current display. If the “LO-BAT” is
encountered finish the current test, then recharge the batteries. When the
battery is too low the device will turn off and the display will be blank.

不足)和“当前检测信息”。假如“LO-BAT”(电池电量不足)状态还可以完

This procedure is run only on inconsistent results. This means that 2


consecutive belt tests on the same belt derived different results. The same
test that resulted in using this procedure should be run a 3rd time.

连续进行的两次测试,所得出的结果不同。需按此程序进行第三次测试。

- If either of the initial 2 test results is matched, that result should be


used as the correct result.
假如所测结果与前两次测试中的任何一个测试结果相符,则此结果将
被示为正确结果。

- If the third different result is different from the first two, then repeat
the entire procedure again from procedure A step 2.
假如第三次测试结果与前两个结果又不同,那么从程序 A 的步骤 2

VII. Procedure G: Unit requires Service

When the unit displays “SERVICE” as an alternating display with


“READY”, the unit should be sent in for service at the next practical interval.

This is not a failed condition and the device can be used for an undetermined
number of runs.

VIII. Procedure H: Lost or Damaged Test Sample

If a test sample is lost or damaged, it will have to be replaced with a new


test sample. The new sample will come with a computer file (on floppy disk
or accessible over the Internet Worldwide Web). This file contains a set of
factors that IMS tool needs to properly use the new test sample. To link the
new sample to your IMS tool perform the following procedure.

4. Using the Windows "START" menu start the IMS RM software: START,

display a list of test sample IDs already in your IMS tool.

8. Enter the ID number of the new test sample by overwriting the ID of the

clicking the "Update IMS" button.

construction debris or a fluid contaminant appears on the belts

will cleaning be required. The following considerations

MUST be adhered to –

9.Remove plug-in connectors from BIB

15.Install new BIB. Press BIB evenly onto plastic spacers until spacer tabs

the brake. The brake is shipped pre-adjusted so this procedure should
not need to be performed in the field unless a non-preset replacement
brake is being installed.
本文将详细介绍如何逐步调试抱闸。由于抱闸在发货前都已预先调整好,

所以无需在工地再进行调整,除非是更换安装一个未调试的抱闸。

32 TASK#

14. Tighten the brake adjustment lock bolt

16. Power up the elevator

18. Run car on normal operation and listen for any noises.

21. Perform the 125% load brake turn over test
