THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

War forces "national planning"

To permit total mobilization of your
country's economy, you gladly surrender
many freedoms. You know regimentation
was forced by your country's enemies.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

Many want "planning" to stay...

Arguments for a "peace production board"
are heard before the war ends. Wartime
"planners" who want to stay in power,
encourage the idea.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

The "Planners" promise Utopias...

A rosy plan for farmers goes well in rural
areas, a plan for industrial works is
popular in cities - and so on. Many new
"planners" are elected to office...
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

but they can't agree on ONE utopia

With peace, a new legislature meets; but
"win the war" unity is gone. The "planners"
nearly come to blows. Each has his own
pet plan, won't budge.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

And citizens can't agree either...

When the "planners" finally patch up a
temporary plan months later, citizen in
turn disagree. What the farmer likes, the
factory worker doesn't like.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

"Planners" hate to force agreement...

Most "national planners" are well-meaning
idealists, balk at any use of force. They
hope for some miralce of public agreement
as to their patchwork plan.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

They try to "sell" the plan to all...

In an unsuccessful effort to educate people
to uniform views, "planners" establish a
giant propaganda machine—which coming
dictator will find handy.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

The gullible do find agreement...

Meanwhile, growing national confusion
leads to protest meetings. The least
educated—thrilled and convinced by fiery
oratory, form a party.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

Confidence in "planners" fades...

The more "planners" improvises, the
greater the disturbance to normalcy.
Everybody suffers. People now feel—rightly
—that planners can't get things done.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

10

The "strong man" is given power...

In desperation, "planners" authorize the
new party leader to hammer out a plan
and force its obedience. Later, they'll
despense with him—or so they think.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

11

The party takes over the country...

By now, confusion is so great that
obedience to the new leader must be
obtained at all costs. Maybe you join the
party yourself to aid national unity.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

12

A negative aim welds party unity...

Early step of all dictators is to inflame the
majority in common cause against some
scapegoat minority. In Germany, the
negative aim was Anti-Semitism.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

13

No one opposes the leader's plan...

It would be suicide; new secret police are
ruthless. Ability to force obedience always
becomes No. 1 virtue in the "planned
state." Now all freedom is gone.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

14

Your profession is "planned"...

The wider job choice promised by now
defunct "planners" turns out to be a tragic
farce. "Planners" never have delivered,
never will be able to.
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

15

Your wages are "planned"...

Divisions of the wage scale must be
arbitrary and rigid. Running a "planned
state" from central headquarters is
clumsy, unfair, inefficient.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

16

Your thinking is "planned"...

In the dictatorship, unintentionally created
by the planners, there is no reoom for
difference of opinion. Posters, radio, press
—all tell you the same lies!
THE ROAD TO SERFDOM

17

Your recreation is "planned"...

It is no coincidence that sports and
amusements have been carefully
"planned" in all regimented nations. Once
started, "planners" can't stop.
FRIEDRICK HAYEK

18

Your disciplining is "planned"...

If you're fired from your job, it's apt to be
by a firing squad. What used to be an
error has now become a crime against the
state. Thus ends the road to serfdom!

NOTE: Compiler of This Little Notebook:

Libertarianism is a principle which supports your

rights to life, property, freedom and happiness.
Libertarianism means being left along to decide
your own fate, instead of being "guided"
(forced) by the "state" who decides what's best
for you based on his/her own estimates instead
of your own estimates of life situations, etc.
Libertarianism is the ONLY logical step after
collectivistsm such as communism, socialism,
fascism, nazism, corpserationism, and
governmentalism. There maybe more more
systems that are like these collectivisism, update
this file and spread it around. We must combat
the evils of collectivisms, and encourage the
spread of Libertarianism, as it is the only way for
all of us to cooperate together the growth of real
life, real prosperity, real happiness, real weatlh,
for ALL, not just the selected "elite" few who
thinks they know what is best for us.
Libertarianism is the only way out of the
nightmare of collectivisms. Libertarianism is the
next logical step for our species, as a human
race. Next step is the stars, we can do IT! With
real FREEDOM, HAPPINESS, and LIBERTY!

Just google, scroogle, or use any search engine

to find the Libertarian websites, plenty are
growing in abundance. Soon we'll reduce the
governments of our planet and grow our own
personal power over our own lives. To be my
own boss, that is the greatest freedom I choose
for myself. I don't bother you, nor force you, or
do anything against your will. You must decide if
you want one of the collectivism or freedom to
decide your own fate. To be independent, strong
and well, that is Libertarianism. No other
collectivism do for you. None of them. 1984 by
George Orwell was my first introduction to the
evils of collectivisms. Then some movies about
communisms, socialisms, nazisms, fascisms, and
on and on and on. Each worse than the last.
None of them I agree with. Libertarian, however,
is the greatest principles by which I agree,
totally, wholeheartedly, unreservedly, in my soul
and bones, and blood, and flesh, and in my mind,
perfect. Libertarian is the only way. There is no
other way. Because if you want real FREE
ENERGY and INVERSE GRAVITY VEHICLES (anti-
gravity) devices for us NOW, instead of some
mythical "next year, five years time, or ten
years, twenty years" line that the media spouts,
choose Libertarian, and spread the word.

I choose Libertarian because I have my own

personal plans in making my life better. I do not
want to force anyone to follow my plans as I do
not know what suits them, only they know what
suits them. They have their own plans to follow.
The point is that with Libertarianism, you follow
no one, and no one follow you, just the principle
of being free to choose. I want to improve my
life, and do my bit to make this world better, by
little things, such as recycling, composting, my
wastes and keeping my foods clean and growing
my crops in soil-enriched-with-ORGANIC-
compost/humus-matter-and-rock-dust, so keep
the mineral and vitamin content as high as
NATURALLY possible. No chemical crap for me.
Nor any GM-freaks foods for me. This is my
FREEDOM OF CHOICE. I DARE anyone to fight me
for my right to CHOOSE! It is my choice. I can
neither eat some foods as they disagree with my
constitution. But under the collectivism system,
they would force me to eat what they "think" is
good for me, to the DETRIMENT of my health.
This, I would fight, to the death if necessary. I
CHOOSE Libertarianism, nothing else. I have no
choice. My body changes, and no doctors, nor
dentists, no any kind of pharmaceutical idiot,
would understands. They only understands their
own body's reactions to foods, Natural, or
otherwise. They do not have the right to
understand my body nor my mind. I only say this
once. I CHOOSE Libertarianism.
LIBERTY or Death!
The choice is Yours.
There is no MIDDLE ground.
