EXT.

TOWN - DAY

We start with a small miniature sized town, with cars and

people passing by as we approach the town, a voice can be
heard.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(in a fun and chatty voice)
Hey there did you know on average a
household in the UK uses 3700
kilowatts of energy per year.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Most of this energy is in the form of
electricity.

NARRATOR (V.O)
I see you noticed that I said forms,
So what are the forms you may be
asking.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Well there are ten main energy forms,
let's hear them.

NARRATOR (V.O)

Sound, gravitational, kinetic, light,

magnetic, nuclear, elastic, thermal,
Electrical and chemical

As this is happening the city is starting to pop out of

existence, with ten new objects appearing representing the
ten different energy types. As the Narrator says the names we
start to movie around and looking at the object relevant to
that energy type.

EXT. POWER PLANT

As the Narrator Finishes saying the Energy types a new

building Appears, a power plant, as the narrator says.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Here is a Coal Power Plant, today we
will be looking at how energy transfer
works to create electricity

NARRATOR (V.O)
But first let me ask you does anyone
know the law of thermodynamics, No....
 2.

well let me explain.

NARRATOR
The law of thermodynamics states that
energy can neither be created nor
destroyed but can only change forms.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Now... let's see how a power plant,
uses that to create electricity.

EXT. POWER PLANT

We see a power plant in the distance and a door on the side

of it. We start to movie closer and as the door opens we see
a mechanical part laid out in a line. trying to understand
what they are we fully enter the power plant and the door
closes behind as the narrator says.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Hey I see you made it in, come this is
the power plant I was talking about.

NARRATOR (V.O)
You know the thing that keeps your
house lit at night, by providing
Electricity

NARRATOR (V.O)
Let's see how it all works.

As we hear the Narrator say "let's see how it works", text

appear on each part of the power plant telling us what it is.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Well here we have the conveyor belt
it's where we begin our journey.

CUT TO: CONVEYOR BELT

INT. THE CONVEYOR BELT

We are now at the conveyor belt, we see something moving

around us but we can't tell what it is, as we move further in
we see a red light illuminating the surroundings, and we see
little coal creatures moving and shuffling around us. As we
move further we see a ledge and the red light is getting
brighter

NARRATOR (V.O)
Here we grind up coal and turn it into
 3.

Fine dust For the furnace, where it's

chemical energy is transferred to
heat.

As this is happening at the end of the conveyor belt we see a

large red creature the fire that is about to engulf us and
the creatures.

AS WE ARE ABOUT TO BE ENGULFED WE CHANGE TO A FRONT FACING

VIEW OF THE FURNACE WITH A BOILER ON TOP OF IT.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(Friendly)
hey I see you met our friend. don't
worry he may seem scary... but, his
just a bit energetic that's all.

NARRATOR (V.O)
Here we have the boiler, by using the
heat from earlier we are able to turn
water into steam.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(Energetic and fun)
Can you think of what energy steam is
used to produce.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(Energetic and engaging)
well let's see.

As the narrator says this we see steam coming out of a pipe

and we movie towards it as we get closer start travel down a
pope into a chamber with a text on side saying pressure
chamber.

THE CAMERA ZOOMS OUT FROM THE CHAMBER.

We see little characters as they build up in the pressure

chamber ready to be released moving energetically.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(Energetic and engaging)
I see you finally meet are little
steam friends, as you can see they are
really eager to leave.

NARRATOR (V.O)
(Energetic and engaging)

Well let's release them and see what

happens

As they are about to be released we see a large lever. we

start to move closer and as we are about to pull it a head
appears on the screen graving the lever and pulling it.

FADES TO: NEXT SCENE

INT. PIPE - TURBINE

we are surrounded by a large number of white furry balls as

we move along a pipe squished together. we see a small dot of
bright light at the end of the pipe. As we get closer we
start to see the exit with spinning blades on the other side.

CUT TO: TURBINE CHAMBER

INT. TURBINE CHAMBER

We see little White furry balls holding on to the turbines

Blades as they move it around and the narrator speaks again.

NARRATOR (V.O)
we are almost at the end.

NARRATOR (V.O)
As the steam travels through the pipes
it builds up pressure, witch is then
released to turn the turbines Inside
the machine.

NARRATOR (V.O)
This is what creates the kinetic
energy, moving the generator and
creating electricity

As the steam called down we see it fall of the turbine and

enter a big hole truing back into water narrator saying.

NARRATOR (V.O)
As the steam cools down, it turns back
to water allowing it to repeat the
cycle.

CUT: TOWN

EXT. TOWN - DAY - NIGHT

We are back at the town where it is turning to night as the

houses lights come on the Narrator says.

And this is how electricity is made.
