historical, a scientific interest of different disciplines; specifically, to treat
to understand and interpret the different human behaviors within the
normative framework that society demands its observance, from which they
derive

deny the individualist system of instruction, to adopt the humanist sense
and collaborative, through the assurance of the development of knowledge,
skills, abilities, skills, positive attitudes and values.
II.DESARROLLO.
A humanistic educational system will have as an academic platform: the
teaching of values. So its four indispensable elements are
characterized by the following:
The process facilitator, who in the planning of their activities and the
student activities; will decide in a responsible manner the contents that
they must study and analyze during the course; will use the most educational
methods
effective and updated; evaluate the process objectively, respecting the
school regulations. It will also maintain the harmony of relationships
interpersonal skills of the students, and will remain before the group as a
professional
with values.
The student, who must be encouraged to learn, also creates a
image about the institution of higher education and teachers.
The curriculum that is integrated by the academic-labor competences
and values of the institution, whose purpose is the ethical and occupational
training of the
student.
The material context in which the educational experience takes place must be

Values training has to foster reflexive situations in a way that
particular and group, to train in students the ability to apply with
autonomy, the fundamental values that will help them face the
social reality with objective criticism. Also, that they are able to assess
social scenarios and present alternatives to solving problems.
Educating in values means understanding professional training as a
social humanizing process of vocation through competencies
labor trying to integrate the personality of the professional so
integral, through activities of seminars, workshops and professional practices
during the university academic process, so that the student graduates with
the profile desired by the curriculum.
However, training in values should not only be limited to the field of
ethics; must also develop in the student other values, which are
socially primordial, such as artistic values, democratic values,
intellectuals, the ecological ones among others, that in an integral way tend to
develop the personality of the individual; so education in values
It has several dimensions, since the student is a social being.
The humanistic education system by competences focuses, mainly,
in achieving a change of behavior in the students, as a
permanent process of development, which starts when they become aware
that they belong to a superior biological species because of the capacity of
reasoning; In addition, it fosters the search for the values of respect, tolerance,
dignity and the defense of fundamental rights, as ingredients
essential in the integral formation of the personality. It is required that the
student lives in reality, especially through social service, such
so that by observing community conditions, transform your attitude
in front of the social problems that appear in their environment.

In the humanistic model by competences, values are a consequence
cultural, aims to prepare students for the realization
professional and for personal life in any work scenario; that is to say,
It offers a process of adaptation of the student to society and its very
particular environment.
On the other hand, the educational system that forms values, focuses on the
student, that is, he is dedicated to the development of his values. Take into
account
needs and incentives, gives great importance to the contents
directly related to ethics and professional development. Inculcate in the
student the dialectical relationship between the community and the private life,
since
This and his family is part of society.
The ideal system of teaching professional ethics and values should use the
following learning experiences, among others:
Students will develop concrete cases related to the study of their
professional career, where the moral reasoning towards the ideas of
equity and social responsibility (Technique: case analysis).
That they develop communicational competences, in the discussion of some
current problems, to dialogue in a correct way, applying
values of respect and tolerance, even if there are disagreements, the
consensus.
That they elaborate a self-concept of themselves and of the work life they want
carry according to professional competences and values of their career.
That through reading and analyzing text, acquire the basic skills
so that their thinking and behavior is consistent with the morality that
the society.

They will analyze and reflect the Code of Ethics of their career, so that they learn
to respect the rules imposed by their epistemic community.
Analyze the organization of schools and associations in your community

organizations in question.
The discussion of ethical dilemmas and counterdilems will be raised, so that
Learn problem solving in a logical way.
They will present a diagnosis of specific situations related to their career.

relating those experiences to the values learned in the Ethics course
and professional development.
The university students, through the presentation of sociodramas,
will have the opportunity to reflect on the values and anti-values of a
real situation of society.
It can be affirmed that in a system by competences and humanist, all the
elements that integrate the educational task are determined by the
values; since they are in the contents that analyze and study so much
students and teachers and in the teaching methodology to be applied, in
the behavior of the students inside and outside the classroom, in the same way in
the
Curriculum program.

Education in values serves to establish a real, experiential project,
effective and efficient, ensuring that the internal aspirations of the
student to those of society, through the development of values, the
humanistic perspective of the world, rational abilities, capabilities
intellectuals, the incentivization to be updated and the interests of overcoming
personal.
It is very important that in the curriculum of educational institutions
the Ethics and professional development subject exists, since it is
a formative matter in values; however, it should not be imparted
isolated from the context of the academic curriculum, because its contents are
integrators Likewise, the subjects of a study plan must affect the
approach of ethical situations and values, to comply with the training
integral of educating It is also important that the ethical training of
individual start in the family environment for the formation of human beings
socially integrated
So important is ethical training, that the individual socially adapted to
society, will not infringe, since it will obey the legal norms imposed
for society, for ethical and moral responsibility.
In the educational model of the University of Sonora, which resembles a
Humanist system by competences, there is the educational space: Ethics and
Professional Development, corresponding to the common formation axis, with
the
purpose of training the student towards "critical and collective reflection, with
relation to the implications that values have on everything that is studied ";
in such a way that the student "assumes a committed position before his
reality". It promotes the "development of cognitive, social and
value in order to allow students to take responsibility
ethics of their actions in the individual, professional and civil fields ". (Program
of Ethics and professional development)

In this same sense, the general objective of a humanistic program
competences, pretends that "the student develops the capacity for reflection
criticism around their own knowledge, actions and commitments as
Be social, participating in the construction of your autonomous moral personality
and recognizing the ethical dimension of professional development ".
In this same line is the ethical-social commitment of professionals, who
in the exercise of the race they must dignify the profession with the ethical
commitment
permanent and conscious. In such a way that in the event the
social function of the university.
So it is essential that ethical behavior emerges from the classroom
of students, to whom, mainly, they should be encouraged to
social and intellectual responsibility, so that they exercise their rights with the
sense
of social duty.
III.CONCLUSIONS
Therefore it is necessary to specify: The formation in values of citizens
brings benefits ranging from social harmony to safeguarding security
public. With training in values, young people are prevented from
feel attracted by the moral dilemmas, in which an ethical problem arises
when considering the alternative of a value and a countervalue, in cases where
the
professional does not have an ethical conscience, he has a hard time deciding,
every time
that a false conscience has been created in your intellect by resolving your
conflict with
the motto so popularly worn "the end justifies the means". A conscience
true does not hesitate to decide for the value, thus avoiding falling into acts of
corruption.
The scope of the ethical competences of the objectives of education in
values is that the student will be able to "make decisions and

with the theory of the teaching of values of the Polytechnic University of
