MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions govern the use of your school properties as the venue of our

PARISH YOUTH CAMP 2019 this Coming May 16-19, 2019; by using your school, we

accept these terms and conditions fully liable of the following.

1. Damage with the school furniture and fixture such as Chair, Tables, Back Boards,

Cabinets, etc.

2. The cleanliness of the school surroundings

3. Damage of the class room wall fan and ceiling fan

4. Damage of classroom decorations such as bulletin boards, etc.

5. Damage of classroom windows

6. Damage of rest room

7. Other damages (Which are part of the school properties)
