AIRLINE PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS
Operator: Malaysia Airlines

Requirement: B737 First officer and Second officers

Base of operation: Malaysia

Commencement date: Recruiting now

Contract duration: 2 -3 year contract (Direct Hire)

Candidate Experience: Current B737 rating required

Minimum of 500 hours total flight time
ATPL license or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Frozen ATPL and
Class 1 medical certificate
English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above

Screening Process: 2-day assessment based in Kuala Lumpur where candidates would
complete: Air law Exams, Face-to-face interview, Psychometric tests,
Simulator tests and Medical check-up.
Screening dates will be aligned with the DCA Malaysia Air Law exam
dates.

 JOB SPECIFICATION

Salary: MYR 8,000 to MYR 12,000

(depending on cumulative flying hours)

Taxation: Subject to local income tax

Flying allowance: Productivity Allowance of RM105 based on duty Hours, Meal Allowance
and FDP extension (average MYR15, 000 per month)

Roster Pattern: Full time roster with 8 to 9 days off per month

Leave: Annual - 21 Days

Medical - 22 Days
Hospitalization - 60 days inclusive of medical leave
Maternity - 90 days, up to 360 cumulative days and 5 birth
Paternity - 3 days
Compassionate - 3 days
Matrimonial - 3 days
