Sub:-An humble appeal to enhance the salary of management
employees
Respected Sir,
We the following management employees of your institution beg to
lay the following few lines before you for your kind consideration and
favourable order.
That, taking into consideration the D.A enhancement and yearly
increment of the D.P Employees, our benovalent G.B decided to
enhance the salary of M.P Employee by 30% last year.But due to our
misfortune we were deprived of the benefit. As per tradition this year
also we hope for enhancement of salary to be placed in the college
budget. Hence we request for at least 40% enhancement of our gross
salary.
We therefore pray to consider our case sympathetically and order for
40% enhancement for which we are eagerly awaiting. For this act of
your kindness we shall remain ever obliged.

We the following signatories request you to draw your
kind attention that we are serving in this college since 15years
continuously till now, but as a matter of regret that it is intolerable to
maintain the family now a day’s which we are getting salary from the
college whenever a labour getting Rs300/- as wage per day he is also
facing a lot of difficulty for his maintenance of family now a day’s. So
how can we maintain our family getting a token amount, it is
considerable. Though we have zeal to work for this college continuously
on the other side financial crisis harass us.
So we request you please consider our case and payment
may kindly be equalized as per the Block grant employees’ salary of the
college & for which we shall be ever remain grateful to you.
