 Use the Google Chrome browser, which can be downloaded from the following link in case not installed on your
computer yet: https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
 If you are using a WiFi connection, we kindly recommend that you connect your computer to the internet hub via
Ethernet cable. In case this is not possible, we then advise you to take the assessment at a location with a stable
internet connection, like a library or university.
 Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies by following the Guideline 1 below. Restart your browser and do
not open other websites during the test completion as they might slow down the internet connection.
 Please follow the instructions on Guideline 2 document to whitelist the assessment website on your Google
Chrome browser. In case you have an antivirus on your computer, please consult your antivirus/firewall
manufacturer’s help documentation should you require further instructions on how to complete this step.

GUIDELINE 1: GOOGLE CHROME CACHE AND COOKIES

Clear your web browser’s cache and cookies by following the step below:

- Click the Chrome menu button on the top right hand corner (1) and select More tools (2).

- Click Clear browsing data (3)

- On the Basic tab (4) select All time (5) on the Time range menu and check all 3 boxes (6).

- Finally click on Clear Data (7)

- Close and restart Google Chrome. Restart your browser and do not open other websites during the test completion as
they might slow down the internet connection.

GUIDELINE 2: CHROME WHITELISTING

The issue you experienced may be presented due to an antivirus or firewall software deployed on your computer or
network. Please add the following web addresses as trusted to any security software deployed.

1. Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar (the three dots or white arrow on a grren circle on the top right
hand corner of your screen).

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Advanced at the bottom of the page

4. On the System section click on Open proxy settings

5. On the Security tab select Trusted sites and click on the Sites button
6. Add our websites to the address field at the top of the window one by one and click on Add
