After a flood of phone calls from concerned residents of their hometown of Deer Park, TX,

Bill Ogden, a lawyer with Farrar & Ball LLP, and Chance McMillan, founding partner of the
McMillan Law Firm, have joined efforts to host a town hall-style meeting on Saturday March 23,
2019 at 2:00 pm. The meeting is being held to discuss the legal ramifications stemming from the
recent ITC industrial fire as well as the need for compensation to local residents.

The ITC Industrial Fires have already, and will continue to, make a significant impact on
the Deer Park/La Porte/Pasadena and surrounding communities as we all begin moving forward.
As of now, air quality has been contaminated with fumes burning from Naphtha, Xylene, Pyrolysis
Gasoline, and Thursday morning Benzene detected in the air prompted residents to again, shelter
in place. Residents have been sheltered in place on multiple occasions, and reports of issues with
the TCEQ’s Stationary Air Quality Monitors.

Many residents have seen social media posts circulating referencing an effort for ITC to
reimburse any claims you may have, but Mr. Ogden and Mr. McMillin are urging residents to seek
professional advice before signing any settlement-releases.

The details for the meeting are listed below, where lawyers will be available to discuss the
legal ramifications this incident has triggered. Lawyers will be there as long as it takes to ensure
all concerned citizens’ questions are answered, free of charge.
