Objectives:

1. To find the best and effective methods and strategies in conducting lesson in
the classroom.

2. To discuss and come out with ideas and materials that suitable for level 2
pupils.

Implementations

1. Every teacher in BEST Zone 5 sits and discuss about the topic that they want to
cover for their lesson
2. Every teacher in BEST Zone 5 will choose suitable date as they have to take turn
to be observed by all the members.
3. After all the teachers have been observed, all the teachers should sit and discuss
and reflect on each member’s lesson. Teachers should give their opinions and
brainstorm on how to improve their lesson.
4. Every lesson should be recorded as all the teachers can refer back their lesson
while brainstorming.
