I, LEONARDO REY D. VASQUEZ, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a

resident of Canelar Moret, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the VENDEE of a portion of a parcel of land located at Brgy.

Divisoria, Zamboanga City, covering an area of three thousand (3,000) square
meters as contained in the technical description (identified as Lot 2241-G-1-
A-2-A, Psd 09-075777) hereto attached as ANNEX “A”, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-227,034;
