GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Participants will demonstratte the basic skills in supervision that can make your job
more effective and efficient in dellivering results through people.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this workshop you should be above to do the following:
• Explain the concept of supervision and its multi-faceted role in dealing with all its
stakeholders.
• Write an Action Plan with SMARTER Objectives
• Name the four types of leaders according to orientation assess their own style
• Identify the differentt ways of dealing with different types of emplooyees including
the difficult ones and former colleagues
• Demonstrate the ba sic skills in communicating and active listening and recognize the
importance of knnowing what to communicate and what not to communicate yet
• Differentiate between the types of organizational structures and their purpose
• Perform the Basic Steps in Delegation while observing its 3 essenttial elements
• Demonstrate the ba sic skills in Coaching a staff to get them back on track
