INFORMATION

The Undersigned Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint

originally filed by the offended party, accuses TENORIO PALPARAN of the crime of Murder
defined and penalized under Article 249 in relation to Article 6 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

That on or about the 24th of February, 2019, in the Municipality of

Dumangas, Iloilo, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
accused TENORIO PALPARAN, did then and there, with deliberate intent to take
the life of GINA DEL RIO Y DELA CRUZ, willfully, unlawfully, feloniously,
suddenly, unexpectedly, and treacherously attack, slash and stab the latter with a
bladed weapon, first wounding him in the chest, and afterwards, when enfeebled
and unable to defend himself, again in the stomach, both wounds being
necessarily mortal, thereby causing the direct and immediate death of said GINA
DEL RIO Y DELA CRUZ.
