Description:
Footwear and Shoe Store POS System is a system that sells shoes and sandals of both men and
women. It is a footwear store that has two types of user- admin and clerk/cashier. It is categorized
according to gender and brand. It’s features are specified below.

Objectives:
- To sell men and women’s footwear
- To be user-friendly
- To be able to emulate a shoe shopping store system with accurate keeping of data and
transactions

Features:
- Has login
- Can add, edit, delete and search items (Admin only)
- Can add, edit, delete and search user accounts
- Has inventory (per product)
- Has daily sales report
- Has cashiering subsystem
- Admin:
o Generate reports on the following:
 Inventory
 Sales Report
 Cashiers with corresponding sales (daily, weekly, monthly)
 Add, update delete categories of shoes.
- Cashier:
o Cashiering features
o View reports/ receipts
 o Can cancel/ change a transaction
 Example: Incorrect # of items purchased.

Scope and Limitation:

- The system is limited to selling footwear only.
- Only the admin has the power to add, edit, and delete item product and user accounts.
- The clerk/cashier has the same power of admin except from the privilege mentioned
above.
