↠ Project Quality Assurance

 Project Process Audits. (Pre-commission & Post-Commission Inspection), as per approved checklist and SFQP/QAP
 Plan brief report discussion with concern vendor for fruitful closure of mentioned punch list.
 Scheme checks of Electrical Switch boards & Switch gear before charging of LT/HT Panels.
 Day to day action plan making to meet the targeted date of COD.
 Reporting & Escalate Project team for the closer of NC’S.

↠ Operations & Maintenance

 Plan and Execute routine preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities on the HV/LV Switchgears,
Transformers, Pitch/Yaw motors in the WTG for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of
equipment.
 Well conversant with diagnosing the faults, rectification, planning & scheduling effective maintenance schedule for
enhancing productivity & systems; skilled in enhancing systems to bring greater cost efficiency levels & power
reduction.
 Team Player with excellent analytical, troubleshooting and inter-personal skills with proven ability in driving
quality enhancement, risk management and cost savings initiatives during the career span.
 Attend to running complaints and monitor the performance of electrical equipments, troubleshoot and assist in
reliability improvement, carry out shut down / maintenance activities, escalate where required, manage the
resources available, comply with all statutory requirements, maximize production uptime and to optimize cost of
maintenance.
 Handling of plant emergencies like total or partial power failures and restoration of supply. Act as focal point with

 Prepare new and Carry out periodic review of Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) & Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP) pertaining to Electrical Department.
 Identifying maintenance problems in critical equipments and recommending appropriate solutions/Carry out
failure root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
 Preparation of routine shut down plan and execution of shut down jobs in assigned area.
 Ability of completion of multiple activities within a stipulated time frame. Ability to work under pressure and with
minimum supervision.
 Having experience of carrying out relay settings in digital ABB & Schneider make relays. Can retrieve event history
from the relay disturbance recorder and analyses of fault occurred.
 Complete working knowledge of hazardous area classification and flame proof equipment installations.

↠ Drawings/Documentation:
 Execution of circuit and control wiring as per approved drawings from engineering team, Update schematics, and
completion of applicable documentation as required including drawings to reflect ‘as-built’ status.
 Responsible for ensuring controlled documents such as single line diagrams, protection settings, and Cable
schedules are up to date and prepare daily job progress report.
 Preparation of all production critical & safety critical change management documents for any modification
required in electrical system. Get approval for change management documents and promptly implement the
changes.

Electrical Department.
